Hi, I’m Amelia.
I'm currently a sophomore at Brigham Young University, preparing to apply to the Experience Design and Management program—a field focused on understanding people and intentionally creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
As the youngest of six kids, I've had a front-row seat to plenty of family weddings over the years. Some were calm and beautifully organized, while others were a little more chaotic. Seeing both sides showed me just how much thoughtful coordination and behind-the-scenes support can shape the way a couple and their loved ones experience such an important day.
I've always loved watching the little details come together to create something beautiful, but what I love even more is knowing those details can help a couple relax, stay present, and actually enjoy the day they've spent so much time looking forward to.
That's one of the things I love most about working with Boundless Experiences. So much of what makes a wedding day feel effortless happens behind the scenes—answering questions, keeping everyone on track, communicating with vendors, solving little problems as they come up, and making sure the couple never has to worry about what's happening next.
As the assistant coordinator for Boundless Experiences, I help care for those behind-the-scenes logistics, support vendors and family members, and step in wherever I'm needed to help the day flow smoothly.
My goal is simple: to help create a calm, organized environment where every couple feels genuinely supported and cared for, and where they can focus on what matters most—being present with the people they love and celebrating the beginning of their marriage.
