Our Purpose
The goal of Boundless Experiences is to create wedding planning experiences that support not only your wedding day, but the entire journey leading up to it. We know planning can feel overwhelming, and our purpose is to help lift that weight so you can focus on what matters most—your relationship and the beginning of your marriage.
By taking the time to understand your vision, values, and priorities, we help create a wedding experience that feels true to you—not defined by outside expectations or trends. Our intentional and personalized approach is designed to make the planning process feel clear, meaningful, and manageable.
At the heart of the name Boundless Experiences is the belief that your wedding should feel limitless in meaning—free to reflect who you are, celebrate your relationship, and embrace joy throughout the entire journey.
Courtney Allen – Founder & Lead Planner
I first discovered my love for weddings while shadowing a planner at an outdoor reception. As we were setting up, a sudden downpour hit just hours before the celebration was supposed to begin. I found myself completely immersed in helping the planner reorganize, adjust, and make sure everything was still ready for the couple.
That day showed me something important: even in the chaos, I loved being the person who created calm, order, and support behind the scenes.
I’m majoring in Experience Design and Management in BYU’s Marriott School of Business, where I study how empathetic communication, intentional planning, and human-centered design shape meaningful experiences. Through my coursework, I’ve learned foundational management and communication skills, as well as the design theories and behavioral psychology frameworks that influence how people feel, interact with, and respond to experiences.
I also know what it feels like to miss out on the present moment because you're consumed by everything that needs to be done, and I never want that to be your experience on your wedding day.
My goal is to help you plan with intention, prepare with clarity, and then let go—so that when your day arrives, you can be fully present as you marry the love of your life.
Amelia Stuart – Assistant Coordinator
I’m currently a sophomore at Brigham Young University, preparing to apply to the Experience Design and Management program.
As the youngest of six kids, I’ve attended many family weddings over the years—some beautifully organized, and others a little chaotic! Those experiences sparked my love for weddings and helped me realize how much of a difference thoughtful planning and support can make on such an important day.
Now, as the assistant coordinator for Boundless Experiences, my goal is to help handle the behind-the-scenes details so every couple can feel supported, present, and able to fully enjoy the start of their forever.
